Shipping Policy

Here’s everything you need to know about how the shipping works

For domestic shipping, the rates are $8 minimum up to 500g. Up to 3kg is $12 and up to 5kg is $22.
We offer express post as well. You have a chance to choose it from the drop down menu at checkout.
We are located in Wallan, Victoria.  Due to Australia Post’s lack of good service and commitment to its customers, we can not guarantee that your order will make it to you in a timely manner.

Wallan is outside the next business day guarantee. Sorry for any inconvenience, but as soon as we give handover your package to Auspost it is out of our hands.

Currently there is no other courier available here in our location.

We have had cases of Auspost losing packages. We aim to keep the shipping at the bare minimum so we do not insure packages. You can opt to have it insured by ticking the shipping insurance option on checkout.

WARNING: If you do not accept insurance, we do not cover the costs or send you your products again. We have been generous in this regard in the past. However, we have lost too much money due to Australia Post’s lack of service.

We do get a tracking code for your parcel. It should be emailed to you by Austpost when the shipping has been initiated provided you entered your email address at checkout.

If you have not received the email from Auspost then please contact us and we will provide the tracking code to you.

Because of the falling Australian dollar, we can cater to the international community now, which gives you the chance to snap up a bargain.

Upon checkout, simply select payment by money transfer, even if you do not intend to pay this way. This allows us to see your order, figure out shipping costs and invoice you back the total costs.

International shipping is default to economy air Auspost. This is the cheapest and there is NO tracking for this option. Please contact us to purchase insured or expressed shipping.

If you are local and you want to come and pick up your order, tick ‘local pick up’ from the drop down menu on the checkout page.

We do not have a store front and operate solely on the internet. We can make arrangements for pick up at an agreed time.

In order to help the environment we do not add your invoice in your package. If you want a printed invoice added be sure to contact us.

You will receive your invoice by email.
